It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite party that the misc. case is at the stage of evidence. 4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner herein who has not appeared today and the nature of 2 2 relief prayed for, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall proceed expeditiously with the misc. case and dispose of the same preferably within two moths from the date of this order. 5.
