It reveals from perusal of the record that questionaire is appended as annexure no.2 to the writ petition in which next date fixed is 06.01.2026. It further reveals that immediately after filing of the aforesaid application, petitioner has approached this Court hence no relief could be granted to the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition. 3.
