Heard Mr. Rudrash Gupta appearing for the petitioner. 2. At the outset, his request for fixing the venue of Arbitration at New Delhi is rejected because the Court under Section 11 is totally unconcerned with Section 20 (2) of the Act which deals with the place of convenience to the parties (venue, as distinct from seat). 3. Ms. Megha Jani, learned Senior advocate appearing for the respondent submits that they are not agreeable for the name suggested by the petitioner. However, she has requested that a technical person who would be appropriate in the nature of dispute may be appointed by the Arbitration Centre. 4. Dave. (Retired Supreme Court Judge) is hereby appointed as the sole Arbitrator having address at Bunglow No. 22, Neetibaug Judges Society, Opposite Gujarat High Court, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad- 380061 and having contact number (M) 9560309393 and E- mail ID pstojusticedave@gmail.com to resolve the disputes between the parties in accordance with the Arbitration Centre (Domestic and International), High Court of Gujarat Rules, 2021. Both Parties would also be governed by said Rules. (c) Registry to communicate this order to the sole Arbitrator forthwith by Speed Post. (d) Pending application/s stands consigned to records.
