Mr. Sukanta Ghosh, Advocate Mr. Sourav Ghosh, Advocate Mr. Snehasish Sen, Advocate Mr. Arghya Chatterjee, Advocate. … for State Respondents.
ORDER (Per Court)
1.
We have heard Learned Advocate for the Appellant for quite some time. We have perused the interlocutory order passed by the Learned Single Judge Bench.
2.
In the impugned order dated 13.05.2026 passed in WPO No.88 of 2026, the Learned Single Judge has noticed that the Writ Petition was filed on account of steps to be taken by the concerned police authority of Parnashree Police Stationi. The Single Judge also adverted to the earlier order passed by a Coordinate Bench dated 18.10.2023 in WPO No.1630 of 2023, wherein the Officer in Charge of the Police Station was directed to take steps in accordance with law in the event of occurrence of any untoward incident as was apprehended by the Petitioner. It is also recorded in the order that as the Parnashree Police Station is situated outside the Original Side jurisdiction of the Court, the Petitioner ought to convert the Writ Petition on the Original Side into a Writ Petition on the Appellate Side.

3.
Considering the above, we do not find any error in the order. The Appeal is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed. The Interim Application would not survive and stands rejected.
