2. The petitioner contends that the impugned online rejection does not assign any reasons and is, therefore, violative of the principles of natural justice.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 3 to pass a reasoned order on the petitioner’s application dated 01.06.2026 seeking approval for construction of a commercial building, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law, if aggrieved by the order so passed.
6. There shall be no order as to costs.
