Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 This Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents no. 2 and 3 to give pensions towards the petitioner from the date of suspension to superannuation because the petitioner has served more than 10 years of services and total served more than 19 years. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the pending representation (Annexure P-8) which is still pending before the competent authorities 10.4 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/writ(s), order(s) in favour of the petitioner which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & 3 / 3 just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to 5 to consider and take decision on representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 to 5 submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation along with all supporting documents before concerned authority and if such representation is submitted concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within a further period of ‘three months’ from the date of receipt of representation.
