This second application for bail are filed under Section 483 of BNSS by the applicant-accused Sarfaraz S/o Sharif Mohammed, in FIR No. 166/2025 dated 29.07.2025 registered at P.S. Pirawa District -Jhalawar, whereby the applicants-accused were charged under Sections 8, 15, 25, 29 and 30 of NDPS Act. 2. During course of argument, learned counsel for petitioner apprised this Court that till date eight witnesses were examined but still Search and Seizure Officer has not been called by the trial court. He offers to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file after recording statement of Search and Seizure Officer. 3. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
