She would contend that the petitioners may be permitted to make representations in light of said judgment and the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioners. 3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Ms. Kochar, this petition is disposed of in terms of WPS No. 777 of 2021 parties being Rejendra Prasad Patel and Others Versus State of Chhattisgarh and Others. If the petitioners prefer representations before the respondent authorities, it is expected that the same would be considered and decided in light of ratio laid down in WPS No. 777 of 2021. 6.
