Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on 17th January, 2026 and since then he is in custody. Petitioner submits that petitioner was not identified by the victim. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the present accused was identified in T.I. Parade. 3. Having taking into account the nature of offence having been committed under Section 70 (2) of the BNS and the materials appearing against the present petitioner, at this stage I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 4. Accordingly, C.R.M (M) 1275 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 5. Memo of evidence in respect of service be kept with the record. 6.
