It is forthcoming that respondent No.1 has passed the impugned endorsement dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure - G), in an appeal under Section 49 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. Respondent No.1 herein has to conduct the proceedings after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and thereafter take decision in the matter, in accordance with law, under the relevant Rules. 4. In that view of the matter, the impugned endorsement dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure - G) passed by respondent No.1 is accordingly, set aside. Respondent No.1 is directed to register the appeal and thereafter, take decision in the matter, in accordance with law. 5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is accordingly, allowed.
