ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33390 of 2023.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions and payment particulars. As per the written instructions, the amount i.e., Rs.28,00,000/- as claimed by the petitioner and as directed by this Court on 04.04.2024 was already paid. As per the statement filed before this Court, it indicates that the respondents paid Rs.29,45,000/-. In view of the payment made as directed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same.
5. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
