The petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the order dated 18th June, 2026 wherein the name of the petitioner has been excluded from the e-roll by the Appellate Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appellate Tribunal has taken up the matter without giving any opportunity of hearing and without any notice to the petitioner. He prays for recalling of the order dated 18th June, 2026 and prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal to give him an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is 2 requested to re-hear the appeal filed by the petitioner being Appeal No. APS2517G300326168143 and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. With the above observations, WPA 15865 of 2026 is disposed of. 5.
