State respondents and respondent nos. 7 to 10 are represented by learned advocates. 4. Since based on complaint FIR is registered and aforesaid criminal prosecution is initiated, at this stage no further order is warranted. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, this order shall not preclude petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) BNSS 2023, if occasion so arises. 7.
