The petitioner assails the final assessment order passed by the assessing officer under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003. 2. A final assessment order passed under Section 126 of 2002 Act is challengeable in appeal under Section 127 of the said Act. 3. The present case does not involve any public law element and it does not fall within any of the well settled exception that may justify invocation of writ jurisdiction of this Court despite availability of alternative remedy. 4. In such view of the matter, WPA 25052 of 2026 is not entertained. The same stands dismissed. No Costs. 5.
