JUSTICE T.P.VIVEKANANDA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the issuance of writ of mandamus to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to execute the registered Deed of Discharge in view of closure of the loan account and issuance of no due certificate. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010116182025 NC: 2026:KHC:49811 WP No. 5861 of 2025 2. It is the contention of the petitioner that despite discharge of loan, neither the Deed of Discharge is issued nor the title deed deposited with the respondents are released. 3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that after filing of the writ petition, in the month of August 2025, the original documents have been released and Deed of Discharge has also been issued for presentation before the Sub-Registrar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no further instructions from the petitioner after filing of the writ petition. 5. In light of the submission of learned counsel for respondent No.1, the prayer sought in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. 6.
