1. None appears for the six writ petitioners despite service.
2. By an order dated September 7, 2026, we called upon the State to inform the writ petitioners as to the pendency of the present writ petition.
3. Learned Additional Advocate General on instructions submits that all the writ petitioners were informed as to the pendency of the proceedings. He submits that, the trial with regard to the police case is continuing before the learned trial Judge. He submits that, bodies of the missing persons could not, however, be recovered.
4. The writ petition relates to an incident of November 10, 2007.
5. With regard to the incident, a police case was registered being Nandigram Police Station Case No. 261 of 2007 dated November 17, 2007 under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 364 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

6. Since the trial is in progress with regard to such police case, further interference by way of a habeas corpus writ petition need not be made.
7. WPA/15699/2011 are accordingly disposed of.
