Although in the writ petition, an allegation was made with regard to unauthorized construction at Holding no. 746 in ward no. 7 of Chandernagore Municipal Corporation, it is submitted that after filing of the present writ petition, the municipal authorities have passed an order with regard to the complaints of the writ petitioner by order dated March 9, 2026 and the same is required to be challenged independently. 3. In the circumstances, the writ petition being WPA 26950 of 2025 is disposed of by granting liberty to the writ petitioners to take appropriate steps with regard to the order dated March 9, 2026 passed by the municipal authorities. 4. There will be no order as to costs. 5. I have not gone into the merits of the present writ petition and it will be open to the writ petitioners to take appropriate steps according to law.
