Present petition has been filed by the petitioner who is a divyangjan alleging the arbitrariness on the part of the respondents. The respondents allegedly have not relaxed the road tax. 2. Learned counsel for the State upon instructions states that road tax relaxation can only be given if the vehicle falls within the prescribed category as given in the Motor Vehicles Act. 3. Let the present petition be treated as a representation by the respondents. 4. The respondents shall decide the same within four weeks from the date of communication of this order 2 after giving the petitioner of being heard in accordance with law. 5. The respondents shall communicate the decision to the petitioner within two weeks of such decision. 6. In view of the discussion made hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court again, if required, after passing the reasoned order by the respondents. 7. The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order along with the copy of the petition to the respondents. 8.
