Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by the common judgment passed by this Court in a batch of appeals and petitions, the lead case being LPA No. 243 of 2023, titled, Shyam Chand and others vs. State of H.P. and others. This fact is not denied by the respondents. 2. Since the issue is covered by the ratio laid down in the aforesaid common judgment, the same shall be applied mutatis mutandis in the case of the petitioner also, and all similar bene昀椀ts emanating therefrom shall be extended to the petitioner. 4. Needless to say, the needful shall be done positively within a period of two months from today. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
