JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 10/04/2026 1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by learned Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur. 2. Mr. Vigyan Shah, AAG, appearing for the respondents, submits that compliance of the order dated 13.09.2023 has been made. He further submits that total outstanding amount of Rs.4,03,260/- has been transferred to the petitioner's bank account. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges receipt of the said amount. [2026:RJ-JP:15026] (2 of 2) [CCP-1035/2024] 4. This Court noted that a serious delay in complying with the directions issued by learned Tribunal. Learned counsel for respondents-contemnors informs the Court that show cause notices have been issued to Dr. Arvind Gait and Dr. Manoj Kumar Yadav, who were found responsible for the failure to file a timely reply and delay in compliance. 5. In view of the above, the respondents-contemnors are directed to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the aforementioned officers, as well as any other official found responsible for the delay. The disciplinary proceedings must be completed within a period of one year from the date of passing of this order. 6. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. 7. A copy of this order be sent to the Director, Medical and Health Services, Jaipur, Rajasthan. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J PAYAL DHAWAN /355
