This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant nos. 1 to 4 praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, to dispose of the O.S. No. 36 of 2016, expeditiously. From the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 27th July, 2026 was fixed of hearing. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Barrackpore, to make an endeavour to dispose of O.S. No. 36 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible without grating any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2016. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioners, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners to correct the typographical error in the
2 cause title of the civil revisional application, here and now. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
