Case No.2935 of 2019, presently pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to pendency of the present application, the trial of the above- mentioned G.R. Case No.2935 of 2019 has got stalled and, therefore, he has made an innocuous prayer that the present application may be disposed of by directing the Trial Court to make charge hearing at an earliest date. Having considered that the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, the instant application being CRR 1378 of 2025 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the Court below to make charge hearing within a period of 60 days from the next date of hearing.
