According to him, respondents 1 to 3 are laying tar road in his property. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his case. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 3.Mr.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
