1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate appearing for the Reserve Bank of India, submits that his name has not been recorded in the order dated September 7, 2026. The order dated September 07, 2026 may be corrected to that effect inasmuch as, the order records that Reserve Bank of India was represented.
3. Although respondent no. 1 is represented, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 remain unrepresented.
4. The petitioner shall serve a notice on the jurisdictional Police Officer i.e. the Officer-in- charge, Shakespear Sarani Police Station along with a copy of this order intimating him that a notice of the writ petition should be served upon the respondent no. 3 and the respondent no. 3 should be made aware that the matter is scheduled to be
2 listed next before this Court on September 22, 2026 when the respondent no. 3 should be represented.
5. Affidavit of service to that effect should be filed by the petitioner on the returnable date. The Officer-in- charge, Shakespear Sarani Police Station shall also file a report on the returnable as regards compliance with today’s order.
