This civil revisional application stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Judge, Family Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur for fixing a date of hearing of the application filed by the petitioner which is annexed at age 37 of this civil revisional application. If such an approach is made, the learned Judge shall consider such prayer and pass order in accordance with law.
