In the petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to mutate the revenue entries in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent of 1 acre in Survey No.175 of Nethenahalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Magadi Taluk. 3. Heard Sri. N. Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Shamanth Naik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, I do not find any - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010574642026 NC: 2026:KHC:49641 WP NO.26564 OF 2026 document produced by the petitioner establishing his right over the subject land, including the order of grant, if any, made in his favour. Therefore, I am of the view that, directing the respondent-Authorities to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject land does not arise at all.
