Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ‘10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of present case, from the respondents. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant third time bound pay scale in favour of petitioner with effect from completion of 30 years services, with arrears and interest from the date of entitlement to its actual payment, in accordance with law. 10.3 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.” 2. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of teacher vide order dated 01.07.1995 and on 31.07.2025 he has completed 30 years of her services, however, petitioner was though extended first and second time scale pay, however, third time pay scale which petitioner became entited for, after completion of 30 years of service was not extended to her. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that he will file reply to the petition. 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties. 5. Taking into consideration the nature of grievance raised by petitioner that petitioner became entitled for third time pay scale after completion of 30 years of service, which is to be considered by the respondents authorities, by verifying the service record of petitioner, instead of keeping this petition pending seeking reply from the State, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting petitioner to 3 / 3 submit fresh representation before the concerned authorities and if such representation is submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation keeping in mind, the circular dated 19.04.1999, 28.04.2008, 03.10.2008, 11.01.2010 and 08.08.2018, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
