The complaint is filed alleging that the petitioner sent a link through WhatsApp assuring that the loan will be sanctioned if necessary, details are furnished. It is alleged that the complainant has logged in to the link sent by the petitioner. Some amount is collected from the complainant. Thereafter, the loan is not sanctioned. It is also stated that amount is also credited to the account of the petitioner. In this behalf, a complaint is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the transactions referred to in the complaint and the email ID which is mentioned in the complaint does not belong to the Petitioner. 4. The Additional SPP would submit that the matter requires investigation as it is alleged in the complaint that amount is credited to the account of the petitioner. Since it submitted that the amount is credited to the account of the petitioner and the petitioner told the complainant about the aforementioned email ID or aforementioned Online portal, the Court is of the view that the matter requires investigation. 5. Hence, the petition is dismissed. 6. Merely because the petition is dismissed, it does not mean that the Court has expressed anything against the petitioner.
