2. In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the
order dated 06th January, 2026 (Annexure-G) passed by the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Chikkaballapura Taluk.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner is having an efficacious remedy under the provisions of Karnataka Land Revenue Act to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance, writ petition is dismissed.
