Considering such limited grievance of the Petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Banarpal (Opposite Party No.6) to consider the application of the Petitioners under Annexure-8 series and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
