The Court made the following Common Order:
Instant Criminal Petitions, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023, have been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (A3, A4 and A6), seeking to quash the C.C.No.406 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, wherein they were charged for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 420, 406, 419, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. No representation for respondent No.2. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State. 4.
Today, when the matters were taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 4 and 6, submitted that the matters have been settled before the mediator. 5. On 05.05.2026, the matters were referred to mediation, and both parties were directed to appear before the mediator. 6. The mediation settlement agreement is placed on record. 7. As seen from mediator’s report, Sri Peddi Vijaya Bhaskar, the learned mediator, submitted a report stating that the matters have been settled.
