While hearing arguments on merits, it is noted that the Tribunal has fastened liability on the owner by directing the insurance company to pay compensation and recover the same from the owner on the ground that the owner has not produced the driver's original DL and the original RC book. Hence these documents are relevant documents to decide the appeal. Accordingly, IA No.1 of 2026 is allowed. Documents are taken on record.
