In terms of order dated 27th August, 2026 Superintendent of Police, CBI, ACB, SIT, Kolkata has filed a report dated 3rd September, 2026 before this Court and same is taken on record. 2. It is specifically disclosed in the report dated 3rd September, 2026 that after completion of investigation CBI had filed final charge-sheet being fourth supplementary charge-sheet on 30th September, 2025. According to CBI fourteen (14) accused persons were charge-sheeted. 3. It is also disclosed in said report that trial of case is pending before the court of Learned Special Judge, Court no.3, Bichar Bhawan, Kolkata. According to report petitioner is one of prime accused in Primary Teachers’ Recruitment Scam case and petitioner is required to face trial. It is disclosed by CBI that petitioner has never been considered as approver/accomplice. 4. Since it is disclosed by filing a report on behalf of CBI that petitioner is one of prime accused in Primary Teachers’ Recruitment Scam case prayer made in this writ petition for providing witness protection is not acceded to, writ petition stands dismissed. 5.
