Mr. Pankaj Joshi, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.401 of 2021, under Sections 392, 411, 120-B IPC, Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the fifth bail application. The earlier bail applications of the applicant have already been dismissed on 17.06.2022, 12.12.2023, 06.12.2024, and 07.01.2026. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail after rejection of the earlier bail applications. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 4. Learned State Counsel admits this fact. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
