Case No. 169 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 131 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the offence under Arms Act will not be made out as nothing has been seized from the conscious physical possession of this petitioner. His name has transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, Pradeep Gorai, who has been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
