ORAL ORDER
Sri.B.R.Sridhar, counsel on behalf of Sri.Shivaprakash M., for the petitioners and Smt.Spoorthi V., HCGP for respondent Nos.1 to 3 appeared in person. Counsel for the petitioners submits that a memo for withdrawal has been filed by petitioner No.1 for himself and on behalf of other petitioners. He further submits that the counsel for the petitioners has also signed the memo. He therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the petition may be disposed as withdrawn.
When queried, counsel for the petitioners submits that a conscious decision is taken about the withdrawal of the petition and if an order is passed the petitioner shall not seek review of the order or modification of the order. Counsel, therefore,

submits that the memo may be placed on record and the writ petition may be disposed of as withdrawn. The oral submission and the memo is placed on record.
