Mr. Banshi Badan Maity, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake there has occasion certain discrepancies in the pleadings of the writ petition. He seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 4328 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. 3.
