At the very outset the learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that affidavit of service is yet to be affirmed, however, he undertakes to file the same in course of the day. 2. Since, both Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Election Commission of India and Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appearing for the State would submit that they are yet to receive the copies of the writ petition, let scanned copy of the writ petition be served on the respective advocates through e-mail. 3. WPA 1520 of 2026 2 Revision (SIR) Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing EPIC number ZMJ1953215 within a specified time frame. 4. Ms. Pandey, learned advocate appearing for the Election Commission of India submits that there are large number of appeals before the Tribunal and the appeals are being disposed of by the Tribunal on day to day basis. 5. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and taking note of the fact that the appeal is pending before the Tribunal for a considerable period of time, the writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Tribunal to take up the hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of communication of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the said appeal, all points are left open to be decided by the Appellate Tribunal in accordance with law. 7.
