JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER Accused No.1 in SC No.5012/2022 pending before the Court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tumakur sitting at Madhugiri, is before this Court in this successive bail application filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 seeking regular bail. 2. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that the petitioner is in custody in the present case from 16.12.2021 onwards. His earlier bail application filed before this Court in Criminal Petition No.7089/2022, Criminal Petition No.608/2023 and Criminal Petition No.2751/2024 where rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 3. Learned HCGP has brought to the notice of this Court that the case before the Trial Court in SC - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010487522026 NC: 2026:KHC:50276 CRL.P No. 10590 of 2026 No.5012/2022 is at the stage of recording the statement of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 4. In view of the aforesaid, considering the stage of the case and the period of petitioner's incarceration, if the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the main case within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of the this order, the same would serve the ends of justice. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to dispose of SC No.5012/2022 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, petitioner is granted liberty to renew his bail application before this Court.
