2. Pendency of the revision before the respondent no.1 since 02.02.2026 gave a cause to the petitioner to file the present writ petition with a prayer to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the said Revision expeditiously.
3. Ms. Marpakwar, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that the said Revision shall be decided within a period of three months from today.
4. The statement made by the learned AGP is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
5. In that view of the matter, nothing remains in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
