When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Pathuri Srinivas, learned counsel representing Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the respondents have complied with the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.20368 of 2025 and are no longer interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners. Consequently, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication, and the Contempt Case has become infructuous. He therefore prays that the Contempt Case be closed. 3. Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
