The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that there is a property dispute between the parties and petition enquiry is pending and so far, no case has been registered against the petitioner and they will conduct the enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the alleged complaint is pertaining to civil dispute arising out of partition. 3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to complete enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. It is needless to state that if the complaint is pertaining to civil dispute, the respondent shall follow the circular issued by their higher officials in respect of civil cases.
