This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 13.10.2025, passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldwani, District Nainital in Civil Execution Case No.6 of 2020, “Bajpur Cooperative Sugar Factory Ltd. Vs. Sunil Sen and Another”. 2 . Mr. Rahul Adhikari, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing. 3 . Mr. T.A. Khan, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Mohd. Shafy, learned counsel for the respondent no.1. 4 . Mr. Rahul Adhikari, Advocate, on instructions, has requested to permit the petitioner Harvendra Singh to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a revision against the impugned order dated 13.10.2025. 5 .
