By filing this writ petition, the petitioners pray for appointment on the post of Sahayak Acharya (Class VI to VIII). 3. It has been submitted that the petitioner Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 have already been recommended for appointment but their appointment letters is yet to be issued. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the concerned authority to issue the appointment letters to the respondent Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6, if they are otherwise found fit. 5. So far as petitioner Nos.1, 2, 7, 8 and 11 are concerned, it has been submitted that they have obtained lesser mark than the last selected candidate. 6. Considering the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner Nos.1, 2, 7, 8 and 11 at this stage. 7. Since the process of appointment is continuing, if any candidates in the category and subject of the petitioner Nos.1, 2, 7, 8 and 11, obtained lesser marks is recommended for appointment, they will approach the respondent- JSSC for appropriate relief. In that event, the respondent-JSSC will pass an appropriate order. 8. So far as the petitioner No.10 is concerned, it has been submitted that there are some issues with the educational certificate of the petitioner as the JSSC is reviewing the same. 9. Thus, I direct the respondent-JSSC to take a decision after considering the educational certificates and communicate the same to the petitioner No.10 within four weeks from today. 10. So far as petitioner No.9 is concerned, it has been submitted that there is some discrepancy in respect of the application form. 11. In that case also, I direct the Secretary, JSSC to take a decision on the candidature of this petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner No.9 within three weeks from today itself. 12.
