Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel submits that summon is being unanswered. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not have any other known address of the opposite party. 3. The report of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court Serampore, Hooghly has also been received. Report perused. This application is for expeditious disposal of complaint case No. 332 of 2018 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 4. The Court considers that no prejudice would be caused to either of the parties if the appropriate direction is passed in the expeditious disposal of the matter in accordance with law. Hence learned Judicial Magistrate, Second Court, Serampore, Hooghly (IC), is directed to conduct the expeditious proceeding in complaint case No. 332 of 2018 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act in accordance with law. 5. This petition is disposed of. 6. In case the 2nd Court is lying vacant the in-charge Magistrate shall conduct the expeditious disposal of the case.
