JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioners have sought for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent- authorities to enter their names in the mutation register in respect of the subject land. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Perusal of the writ petition would indicate that the petitioners are already pursuing the revenue dispute before the Special Tahsildar, Yelahanka Taluk, Bengaluru District. It is also forthcoming that R.A. (BNA) No.365/2019 is pending consideration before - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010035712023 NC: 2026:KHC:49407 WP No. 1491 of 2023 the Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub- Division. 4. In view of the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings before the competent revenue authorities, the claim of the petitioners for mutation cannot be considered independently at this stage. The entitlement of the petitioners in respect of the subject land is required to be considered by the competent authority in the pending proceedings. Any direction by this Court to effect mutation in favour of the petitioners at this stage would amount to pre-empting the outcome of the said proceedings. 5. In that view of the matter, as the petitioners are already pursuing their remedy before the competent revenue authorities, no grounds are made out for issuing a writ of mandamus as sought for. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
