When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Pathuri Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the respondents have complied with the order dated 30.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.11195 of 2025 by passing an order of rejection dated 24.03.2026 rejecting the claim of the petitioners. Consequently, the cause in the Contempt Case no longer survives for adjudication, and the Contempt Case has become infructuous. He therefore prays that the Contempt Case be closed, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order of rejection dated 24.03.2026, if so advised. 3.
