Sahoo, AGA CORAM: MR. JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 03.02.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. Referring to Annexure-2, a copy of the complaint by an outsider addressed to the Medical Officer, CHC, Marshaghai, the plea for release of the petitioner is demanded. In fact, the petitioner had already approached vide ABLAPL No.14642 of 2025 and it was disposed of on 23rd December, 2025 and dismissed. This Court does not find any changed circumstances to reconsider the bail plea of the petitioner. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to surrender before the learned court below as has been directed by this Court in ABLAPL order dated 23rd December, 2025.
