The applicant who is in custody since 26.06.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No.167 of 2024, Spl POCSO Case No.17 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 376/ 313/ 506 of IPC r/w Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit vide order dated 27.09.2024 passed in B.A. No.8546 of 2024. This is the second attempt. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that no time and place has been disclosed and till date not a single witness has been examined including the alleged victim. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been renewed. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the fact that not a single witness has been examined till date, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No.167 of 2024, Spl POCSO Case No.17 of 2024, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
