The present appeal filed under Section 21(4) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (in short ‘NIA Act’) praying for regular bail and it has been filed by the appellant against the impugned order dated 25.02.2026 passed by Special Judge (NIA Act) Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) in Special Case (NIA) No. 7/2024 whereby the regular bail application filed by the Digitally signed by MOHAMMED AADIL KHAN Date: 2026.04.07 17:58:24 +0530 2 appellant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that as per the instructions received by him, the trial is at the verge of its completion and the case is fixed for the next date, i.e., 09-04-2026 for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. (Section 351 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023). 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State that the trial is at the verge of completion, the present appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed.
